Yes. The UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services recognises electronic signatures as legally valid. Note: certain document types (property deeds, wills, court orders) require wet ink.
No. Signers receive a secure email link. They sign in any browser — no registration, no app download.
Yes. On an uploaded PDF you can add up to 5 signers, each with their own secure link. Everyone is invited at once and can sign in any order; the final signed copy is generated once every signer has completed it. (Template documents can also require a team countersignature after the signer.)

Each document you send for signature counts as 1, no matter how many pages or signers it has — a single document sent to several signers still counts as one. Sending three separate documents counts as three.
