How to sign a contract online
Getting a contract signed online takes minutes — no printing, no scanning, and no account for the person signing. Here’s the whole process, start to finish.

Prepare your contract from a template
Start from one of your reusable templates and fill in the details — names, dates, amounts. Templates mean you set a contract up once and reuse it for every client, so there’s nothing to format from scratch each time.
Send it to your signer’s email
Enter the signer’s name and email and hit send. They receive a secure link — there’s nothing for them to install and no account to create.
They sign in any browser
Your signer opens the link on a phone or computer, reviews the contract, draws or confirms their signature, and agrees to sign electronically. That’s it.
Both of you get the signed PDF
SignLab generates a tamper-evident PDF with a full audit trail and a QR code anyone can scan to verify it. It’s stored securely and available to download anytime.
Is a contract signed online legally binding?
For the vast majority of commercial contracts, yes. Electronic signatures are recognised across the UAE, EU, UK, US and 180+ other countries, provided there’s clear intent to sign, consent to transact electronically, and a reliable link between the signature and the document. SignLab’s audit trail and tamper-evident PDFs are built to satisfy exactly those requirements.
A handful of document types — wills, certain property deeds, some powers of attorney — still require wet ink in many jurisdictions. When in doubt, check first.
